SALARY:
$65-75K, 7.5% target bonus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The
Sr. Analyst will assist in the administration of the Company’s non-qualified
Plans, including the Long Term Incentive Plan and the Deferred Compensation
Plan. Provide excellent customer service to their client group (includes
local HR departments, Financial Reporting Dept., Legal, etc.)

Coordinate
administration and communication for Equity Plans. Includes updating
communication pieces delivered to participants and taking the lead on
information gathering for the issuance of new awards. (30%)

Serve as member of
the yearly proxy team. Responsible for gathering the data for the
equity and compensation tables. (20%)

Prepare quarterly
reports for Financial Reporting and present information at quarterly
Equity Compensation meeting. Manage Ad-Hoc requests. (10%)

Review stock
dividend data provided by our transfer agent and gather data required
for the year-end W-2 reporting. (10%)

Special Projects
(i.e., create participant statements, database for deferrals). (15%)

Lead effort with the
equity compensation vendor to continuously improve
efficiencies and automate processes of data uploads. (10%)

Research and respond
to inquiries from participants, business units, legal, auditors and
payroll. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelors Degree.
-
Minimum 5 years
experience working in a Human Resources/Benefits Department or as a
Benefits Consultant. At least 3 years experience working with equity
plans (options, SARs, Restricted Stock).

Proficient in Excel
and Word. Access and Lawson a plus.
